| dc.description | El objetivo de la investigación fue analizar las características de los factores que inciden en el envejecimiento de los adultos mayores en Ambato, para lograr este objetivo se utilizó el método descriptivo-analítico, los hallazgos encontrados se refieren a que los factores son diversos en función de las necesidades y carencias que tienen las personas que han llegado a esta etapa de sus vidas, ya que la realidad de un jubilado que cuenta con su pensión económica mensual no es igual a quienes no la poseen, y más aún a quienes viven el desarraigo de su familia, sin dejar de mencionar que a una precaria situación de vida de los mayores, generalmente se suman problemas serios de salud e incapacidades las cuales demandas significativos recursos que no están en posibilidades de solventar, por esta razón la corresponsabilidad que debe existir entre los organismos del Estado, sean estos nacional o locales, debe estar asociado a las atenciones del núcleo familiar más cercano al adulto mayor, un hallazgo importante de esta investigación explica los factores que inciden en un envejecimiento digno que encierran atención médica y psicológica, accesos seguros para una movilidad sin peligros, ingresos económicos necesarios para cubrir sus necesidades básicas y apoyo familiar para quienes tienen esta posibilidad. | es-ES |
| dc.description | The objective of the research is to determine what are the factors that affect the aging of older adults in Ambato, to achieve this objective the descriptive-analytical method was used because it allowed to identify those factors that are diverse depending on the needs and deficiencies that have people who have reached this stage of their lives, since the reality of a retiree who has his monthly economic pension is not the same as those who do not have it, and even more so to those who experience the uprooting of their family, without leaving to mention that to a precarious life situation of the elderly, serious health problems and disabilities are generally added, which demand significant resources that are not able to solve, for this reason the co-responsibility that must exist between the State agencies, be they these national or local, must be associated with the care of the family nucleus closest to the older adult, an important finding part of this research explains the factors that affect a dignified aging that include medical and psychological care, safe access for mobility without danger, economic income necessary to cover their basic needs and family support for those who have this possibility. | en-US |
