| dc.description | Introducción: En el año 1989 en la ciudad de Quito fue constituida la empresa Villacis Importa Exporta Tecnifica Industrializa y Comercializa Vietic Cía. Ltda., en la actualidad cuentan con 32 años de experiencia en el área geodésica, topográfica y de ingeniería civil, desde su creación; jamás se realizó un estudio de su situación financiera. Objetivos: Este estudio investigativo se basa en el desarrollo y propuesta de un modelo de sistema de gestión financiera para Vietic Cía. Ltda.; con esto se permite que la empresa sea administrada de manera eficaz, eficiente y económica, promoviendo una gestión técnica, humana y transparente en el proceso de gestión administrativa, detallando así la asignación de recursos financieros. Metodología: Esto se logró a través de una investigación no experimental, ya que no hay manipulación de variables, se basa en la observación de sus necesidades y es longitudinal, ya que es posible analizar el antes y el después de la empresa al ser implementado el sistema de gestión. De la misma forma para alcanzar el diseño e implementación se utilizan los métodos descritos a continuación: método deductivo, es decir, comenzando con un análisis general, que conduce a explicaciones específicas; método analítico, mediante el análisis de los datos de muestras seleccionadas para estudiarlas individualmente, que al mismo tiempo utiliza métodos cuantitativos, porque el impacto se puede medir numéricamente con indicadores; y cualitativo, porque explica la situación de la empresa, basado en su totalidad a los requerimientos y necesidades ya determinadas durante la etapa del diagnóstico organizacional. Resultados: Se realizó un estudio comparativo de documentos financieros correspondientes a los ejercicios 2016, 2017 y 2018 en base a los criterios de obtención de información, de una población seleccionada para asegurar que se cumplen los requisitos de factibilidad y factibilidad de las condiciones mínimas necesarias para la conducción de la investigación. Conclusiones: Finalmente, con la identificación de criterios e indicadores permite medir el desempeño económico de una empresa y se trata de propiciar un manejo técnico, humano y transparente en el proceso tan delicado de la administración y la asignación de los recursos financieros. | es-ES |

Objectives: This research study is based on the development and proposal of a fiscal management system model for Vietic Cía. Ltda.: this allows the company to be managed effectively, efficiently, and economically, promoting technical, human, and transparent management in the administrative management process, thus detailing the loss of financial resources. Methodology: This is conducted through a non-experimental investigation, since there is no manipulation of variables, it is based on the observation of its needs and it is longitudinal, since it is possible to analyze the before and after of the company when the method is implemented management system. In the same way, to achieve the design and implementation, the methods described below are used: deductive method, that is, starting with a general analysis, which leads to specific ones; analytical method, through the analysis of data from selected samples to study them individually, which at the same time uses quantitative methods, because the impact can be measured numerically with indicators; and qualitative, because it explains the situation of the company, based entirely on the requirements and needs already determined during the organizational diagnosis stage. Results: A comparative study of financial documents corresponding to the years 2016, 2017 and 2018 was conducted based on the criteria for obtaining information, from a selected population to ensure that the feasibility and feasibility requirements of the minimum conditions necessary for conducting the investigation. Conclusions: Finally, with the identification of criteria and indicators, it is possible to measure the economic performance of a company and it is about promoting a technical, human, and transparent management in the delicate process of administration and the provision of financial resources. | en-US |
