| dc.description | The tourist activity stands out as one of the most influential and growing economic activities worldwide, the ecological parks as tourist attractions in search of a projection towards sustainable tourism inquires about the behavior of visitors during the development of tourist activities, the objective of the research is to analyze the tourist activity for the development of sustainable tourism based on the profile and level of satisfaction of the visitor, the study is ascribed to simple descriptive research, a mixed methodology because it collects, analyzes and integrates qualitative and quantitative information of the object, non-experimental, cross-sectional type, thus, the research analyzed the profile of the tourist and the level of visitor satisfaction in the Ecological Recreational Park Lago Agrio and the Nueva Loja Tourist Park, a sample of 383 individuals was considered to apply a structured questionnaire adapted to the format proposed by the Ministry of Environment, Water and Ecological Transition of Ecuador (2015) applied in protected areas, the validation of the dimensions and constructs with 48 items was based on the 5-point Likert scale, the results yielded allow determining the profile of the visitor who can be men and women from 18 to 54 years of age, The results show that the level of satisfaction with the services offered is high, with 58.5%. This is reflected in the accumulated average of 80.4%, which places the tourists in the high satisfaction category. | en-US |
| dc.description | La actividad turística se destaca como una de las actividades económicas de mayor influencia y crecimiento a nivel mundial, los parques ecológicos como atractivos turísticos en búsqueda de una proyección hacia el turismo sostenible indaga sobre el comportamiento de los visitantes durante el desarrollo de las actividades turísticas, el objetivo de la investigación es analizar la actividad turística para el desarrollo del turismo sostenible en base al perfil y nivel de satisfacción del visitante, el estudio se adscribe a la investigación descriptiva simple, una metodología mixta porque recopila, analiza e integra información cualitativa y cuantitativa del objeto, tipo no experimental, transversal, es así que, la investigación analizó el perfil del turista y el nivel de satisfacción de visita en el Parque Ecológico Recreativo Lago Agrio y el Parque Turístico Nueva Loja, se consideró una muestra de 383 individuos para aplicar un cuestionario estructurado y adaptado al formato propuesto por el Ministerio de Ambiente, Agua y Transición Ecológica del Ecuador (2015) aplicada en áreas protegidas, la validación de las dimensiones y constructos con 48 ítems se basó en la escala de Likert de 5 puntos, los resultados arrojados permiten determinar el perfil del visitante que pueden ser hombres y mujeres desde los 18 hasta los 54 años de edad, de nacionalidad ecuatoriana, la visita la realizan con la familia y gracias a su formación académica de segundo y tercer nivel ha permitido desarrollar un comportamiento amigable con el ambiente, se concluye que el nivel de satisfacción con respecto a los servicios ofertados es alto, con el 58, 5%, esto se refleja en el promedio acumulado de 80,4% que ubica a los turistas en la categoría alta de satisfacción. | es-ES |
