dc.descriptionEl objetivo de la investigación fue determinar las expectativas de los estudiantes frente al uso de la inteligencia artificial de imagenología dentomaxilofacial Materiales y métodos La presente estudio es una investigación descriptiva, cuantitativa actual, la población de esta investigación tuvo la  participación de  283 personas, 183 estudiantes de Odontología la Universidad Católica de Cuenca de cuarto ciclo y octavo ciclo, específicamente quienes cursaron la asignatura imagenología en proporciones prácticamente iguales. Por otra parte, participaron radiólogos, de ellos quienes únicamente ejercían la radiología y radiólogos docentes. La información recolectada de radiólogos y radiólogos docentes. Resultados escaso conocimiento por parte de estudiantes y docentes el tema, porcentajes elevados en lo referente a estrategia de enseñanza aprendizaje. Bajo nivel de que el radiólogo será remplazado por la inteligencia artificial. Poca familiaridad con el tema, acotación de la inteligencia artificial como estrategia de enseñanza y aprendizaje de forma positiva tanto para el profesional como para los estudiantes en el ámbito anatómico como patológico y el que el radiólogo no será remplazado por la Inteligencia Artificial.es-ES
