dc.descriptionObjective: Identify the camera system that has the best features for intraoral photography, evaluating five aspects: sharpness, depth of field, exposure, white balance and image composition on each photograph and observe which system obtains better results. Methodology: The following study is observational analytical cross-sectional; in which 45 intraoral photographs were evaluated, which were the product of three different camera systems: 15 from a Canon Camera (Reflex), 15 from a Sony Camera (Compact) and 15 from an IPhone 7 Camera (Mobile Device). The evaluation was carried out based on the 5 aspects mentioned in the objective by three teachers from the FDCUE, who did not know with which camera system the photographs they were evaluating were taken. The results obtained were statistically analyzed in the SPSS program, and the Fisher's exact test was applied to assess the difference between the groups. Results: Reflex 68.89%, Compact: 37.78%, iPhone 7: 35.56%. Depth of field: Reflex: 84.44%, Compact: 44.44%, iPhone 7: 51.11%. Exposure: Reflex: 88.89%, Compact: 51.11%, iPhone 7: 28.89%. White balance: Reflex: 86.67%, Compact: 53.33%, iPhone 7: 22.22%. Composition: Reflex: 73.33%, Compact: 46.67%, iPhone 7: 33.33%. Conclusions: It was determined through the statistical results among the three camera systems that the reflex camera was the one that had the best results in all the proposed fields, with a significant difference, especially compared to the camera of the mobile device (iPhone 7).en-US
dc.descriptionObjetivo: Identificar el sistema de cámaras que presenta mejores características para fotografía intraoral, evaluando cinco aspectos:  nitidez, profundidad de campo, exposición, balance de blancos y composición de la imagen, entre cada fotografía y observar que sistema obtiene mejores resultados. Materiales y métodos: Estudio observacional analítico transversal; en el cual se evaluó 45 fotografías intraorales, las cuales fueron producto de tres sistemas de cámaras diferentes: 15 de una Cámara Canon (Réflex), 15 de una Cámara Sony (Compacta) y 15 de una Cámara del iPhone 7 (Dispositivo móvil), la evaluación se realizó en base a los 5 aspectos mencionados en el objetivo por tres docentes, quienes no sabían con qué sistema de cámara fueron tomadas las fotografías que calificaron. Los resultados obtenidos se analizaron estadísticamente en el programa SPSS, y para valorar la diferencia entre los grupos se aplicó la prueba exacta de Fisher, se trabajó con un valor de p 0,05. Resultados: Nitidez: Réflex 68,89%, Compacta: 37,78%, iPhone 7: 35,56%. Profundidad de campo: Réflex: 84,44%, Compacta: 44,44%, iPhone 7: 51,11%. Exposición: Réflex: 88,89%, Compacta: 51,11%, iPhone 7: 28,89%. Balance de blancos: Réflex: 86,67%, Compacta: 53,33%, iPhone 7: 22,22%. Composición: Réflex: 73,33%, Compacta: 46,67%, iPhone 7: 33,33%. Conclusiones: Se determinó mediante los resultados estadísticos entre los tres sistemas de cámaras que la cámara réflex fue la que tuvo mejores resultados en todos los campos planteados, con una diferencia significativa especialmente en comparación con la cámara del dispositivo móvil.es-ES
