| dc.description | Ante el reto que enfrentan las organizaciones de transformarse y replantearse metas y propósitos para actualizar y enriquecer el proceso de gestión, la presente investigación, buscó analizar las inteligencias múltiples en el fortalecimiento del aprendizaje cooperativo efectivo dentro de las organizaciones, con base en el enfoque de las neurociencias y por ser una temática contemporánea las variables se hacen relevantes. La metodología utilizada para esta investigación consiste en la revisión documental y bibliográfica tras consultar expertos. La investigación permite concluir, que en las organizaciones, son los puestos de trabajo los puntos estratégicos donde se les puede permitir a los trabajadores aprender, a través de la priorización de sus tendencias, potencialidades, habilidades y de acuerdo con sus necesidades, al igual que su sistema de representación sensorial. De allí, la puesta en práctica del aprendizaje cooperativo, el cual permitirá la participación de los trabajadores en el proceso de aprendizaje de forma equitativa y se podrá ver todas las inteligencias interactuar; para ello, estos deben compartir un mismo objetivo, comprender la tarea a realizar y el tipo de cooperación requerida para llevarla a cabo, y las ventajas del trabajo en equipo, cuya percepción coadyuve la valoración de la cooperación como condición para un aprendizaje efectivo. | es |
| dc.description | Given the challenge faced by organizations to transform and rethink goals and purposes to update and enrich the management process, this research sought to analyze multiple intelligences in strengthening effective cooperative learning within organizations, based on the neuroscience approach and because it is a contemporary issue, the variables become relevant. The methodology used for this research consists of a documentary and bibliographic review after consulting experts. The research allows us to conclude that in organizations, workplaces are the strategic points where workers can be allowed to learn, through the prioritization of their tendencies, potentialities, abilities and according to their needs, as well as their sensory representation system. Hence, the implementation of cooperative learning, which will allow the participation of workers in the learning process in an equitable manner and all intelligences can be seen to interact; for this, they must share the same objective, understand the task to be performed and the type of cooperation required to carry it out, and the advantages of teamwork, whose perception contributes to the valuation of cooperation as a condition for effective learning. | en |
