dc.descriptionRESUMEN : En el presente proyecto a través de la aplicación de la Metodología SMED, la cual permite optimizar tiempos, mejorar la productividad, y mejorar los resultados en el OEE de las empresas, esto, para lograr así que el montaje de las bolsas en la maquina selladora #1 de la empresa Microplast, puedan tener unos tiempos más óptimos, llegando así a poder reducir un 35% los tiempos en el montaje específicamente del tipo de bolsas Doy Pack con zipper sin formas, las cuales en el primer semestre de 2022, tuvieron un resultado de tiempos bastante altos y que ha venido siendo para la empresa algo bastante significativo, y que puede estar significando resultados no tan convincentes para la empresa. Además, se espera que con la aplicación de esta metodología no solo como resultado se tengan la disminución de tiempos, sino que se espera poder tener un sitio de trabajo mejor organizado, personal mucho más profesional en lo que hacen, y una estructuración en la repartición de actividades, que ayude a que el montaje para la selladora#1 ya no sea un problema sino mirarlo desde el punto en que los mismos autores cada vez quieran reducir esos tiempos más.
dc.descriptionABSTRACT : Through the application of the SMED methodology, which allows optimizing times, improving productivity, and improving the results in the OEE of companies, this, to achieve thus the assembly of bags in the sealing machine #1 of the company Microplast, they can have more optimal times, thus reaching to be able to reduce by 35% the times in the assembly specifically of the type of bags Doy Pack with zipper without forms, which in the first semester of 2022, had a result of quite high times and that has been something quite significant for the company, and that may be signifying results not so convincing for the company. In addition, it is expected that with the application of this methodology not only as a result of the decrease in times, but it is expected to have a better organized work site, much more professional staff in what they do, and a structure in the distribution of activities, which helps that the assembly for the sealant#1 is no longer a problem but look at it from the point in which the same authors increasingly want to reduce those times more.
