| dc.description | RESUMEN: El presente artículo busca generar una reflexión socio jurídica sobre la necesidad de ejercer un control de expansión territorial en los municipios en vía de desarrollo debido a la alta complejidad que representa la explosión constructiva de los últimos años, sin el debido control desde las entidades encargadas. Analizaremos dicha necesidad, en el contexto del municipio de Yarumal; recurriendo a un paralelo entre las funciones curatoriales y las funciones de la Secretaría de Planeación Municipal cuyo sustento es la vigilancia y aportes al Plan de ordenamiento territorial. | |
