| dc.description | RESUMEN : El presente informe tiene como objetivo presentar el diseño de un prototipo de sistema de transporte por cable aéreo para carga (STC), que sea adaptable a diversos terrenos de zonas rurales del territorio nacional para cargas inferiores a media tonelada, de modo que la empresa Inteckno S.A.S pueda incorporar el sistema a su catálogo de servicios y de esta manera buscar posibles clientes de interés, en aquellos lugares donde sea viable la implementación de este sistema, ya sea para recolección de los productos agrícolas desde un punto despacho hasta uno de recolección en una vía principal, o para el transporte de los productos al interior de la plantación. El diseño de este sistema será desarrollado en diferentes etapas, la cuales parten de la contextualización e identificación del problema que quiere ser abarcado; siguiendo con la revisión de la bibliografía existente en cuanto al transporte por cable aéreo; continuando el planteamiento de diferentes alternativas que puedan dar solución a cada uno de los subsistemas que componen el sistema global, para que sea posible elegir la opción más viable; por último, se hace un desglose del diseño a detalle de los componente principales del STC por medio de cálculos estructurales bajo cargas estáticas, de los cuales se pueden definir parámetros básicos de operación del sistema global. | |
| dc.description | ABSTRACT : The objective of this report is to present the design of a prototype of an aerial cable transport system for cargo (CTS), which is adaptable to various terrains in rural areas of the national territory for loads of less than half a ton, so that the company Inteckno S.A.S. can incorporate the system to its catalog of services and thus seek potential customers of interest in those places where the implementation of these systems is feasible, either for collection of agricultural products from a dispatch point to a collection point on a main road, or for the transport of products within the plantation. The design of this system will be developed in different stages, which starts with the contextualization and identification of the problem to be covered; continuing with the review of the existing bibliography on aerial cable transport; continuing with the approach of different alternatives that can provide a solution to each of the subsystems that make up the overall system, to make it possible to choose the most viable option; finally, a breakdown of the detailed design of the main components of the CTS is made by means of structural calculations under static loads, from which basic parameters of operation of the overall system can be defined. | |
