Las mujeres rurales son una fuerza laboral imprescindible para el desarrollo de las naciones, esta investigación nombrada garantía de derechos para las mujeres, una aproximación desde la información del proyecto Granja Siembra y desde las voces de mujeres beneficiarias, Antioquia 2019 – 2022, tuvo como objetivo comprender cómo el proyecto GRANJA SIEMBRA ofrecido por la Gobernación de Antioquia, ha aportado al goce efectivo del derecho a la salud, la alimentación y una vida libre violencias de las mujeres y familias habitantes de los territorios rurales del departamento durante el periodo 2019 – 2020. Em método usado fue un estudio de caso múltiple con tres técnicas de investigación que fueron: revisión de información documental, entrevistas con guion semiestructurado y entrevistas a profundidad a mujeres beneficiarias, funcionarios y funcionarias de la Gobernación de Antioquia y las alcaldías municipales. Se evidenciaron facilitadoras y dificultades para la implementación del proyecto, se identifica también los aportes del proyecto a una vida libre de violencias, autonomía económica, la reconstrucción de sus proyectos de vida y la importancia de las organizaciones de mujeres. Se concluye respecto a los esfuerzos del programa por la garantía de los tres derechos mencionados y otros aportes que se descubren en la investigación. | |
| dc.description | ABSTRACT: Rural women are an essential labor force for the development of nations, this research named guarantee of rights for women, an approximation from the information of the Granja Siembra project and from the voices of women beneficiaries, Antioquia 2019 - 2022, aims to understand how the GRANJA SIEMBRA project offered by the Government of Antioquia, has contributed to the effective enjoyment of the right to health, food and a life free from violence of women and families living in the rural territories of the department during the period 2019 - 2020. The method used was a study of case multiple with three technologies of research that were: review of information document, Interviews with Semi structured script and Interviews a Deep a Women’s, Officials and Officials Of The Government Of Antioquia And The Municipal Mayors. Facilitators and difficulties for the implementation of the project were evidenced, the contributions of the project to a life free of violence, economic autonomy, the reconstruction of their life projects and the importance of women's organizations are also identified. It is concluded regarding the efforts of the program for the guarantee of the three mentioned rights and other contributions that are discovered in the investigation. | |
