dc.descriptionRESUMEN: La presente investigación tiene como objetivo analizar las prácticas económicas, políticas y culturales que generan identidad y arraigo en el corregimiento de Punta de Piedra – Turbo, Antioquia, para identificar cuáles son los factores, fenómenos y/o actores que han provocado resquebrajamiento en las manifestaciones identitarias y culturales del territorio; asimismo, para reconocer cuál o cuáles de esas prácticas sociales tienen mayor incidencia en la configuración de identidades y arraigo en la población estudiada. El corregimiento de Punta de Piedra, ubicado en el distrito de Turbo, Antioquia, es un territorio que ha enfrentado diversos desafíos respecto a la preservación de la identidad cultural que forja arraigo en la comunidad. A lo largo de esta investigación, se identifican factores y actores que han generado resquebrajamiento en estas dimensiones, destacando la industria cultural, el contacto directo con otras culturas, poco conocimientos de las tradiciones culturales por parte de población menor, entre otras; asimismo, se plantea la importancia de la educación y la tradición oral como procesos que, de proponérselo, pueden atenuar fenómenos de aculturación y deculturación en el contexto; por último, se estudia el papel del Estado en la preservación de la multiculturalidad y el respeto a las pluriétnicas características de nuestra nación.
dc.descriptionABSTRACT: The objective of this research is to analyze the economic, political, and cultural practices that generate identity and attachment to the territory in the Punta de Piedra - Turbo Antioquia region, in order to identify the factors, phenomena, and/or actors that have caused a weakening of the identity and cultural manifestations of the area. Furthermore, the study aims to recognize which of these social practices have the greatest impact on the configuration of identity and attachment in the studied population. The Punta de Piedra corregimiento, located in the district of Turbo, Antioquia, is a territory that has faced various challenges related to the preservation of the cultural identity that forges attachment in the community. Throughout this research, factors and actors that have caused a weakening in these dimensions are identified, highlighting the cultural industry and its direct contact with other cultures, limited knowledge of cultural traditions among younger populations, among others. Additionally, the importance of education and oral tradition is proposed as processes that can attenuate phenomena of acculturation and deculturation in the context. Finally, the role of the state in preserving the multiculturalism and respecting the multi-ethnic characteristics of our nation is studied.
