dc.descriptionRESUMEN: La educación ha tenido que adoptar en sus procesos el aprendizaje móvil como una herramienta de apoyo para enriquecer la formación de los estudiantes, para que este se dé, se necesita de conexión a internet y un dispositivo móvil; el uso de estas herramientas permite también la comunicación asertiva entre docentes y estudiantes, desapareciendo las limitaciones de tiempo y espacio, y permitiendo llevar la interacción fuera del aula de clases. La pandemia por COVID-19 generó la necesidad de articular a los procesos educativos este tipo de aprendizaje y los dispositivos móviles, y la creación de estrategias de comunicación asertiva para que sea posible una interacción con fines académicos. Se necesita que el estudiante se familiarice e interactúe con los entornos digitales, para poder aprovechar en la educación las posibilidades que este brinda.
dc.descriptionABSTRACT: Education has had to adopt mobile learning processes as a support tool to enrich the training of students, which requires an internet connection and a mobile device; the use of these tools also allows assertive communication between teachers and students, eliminating the limitations of time and space, and allowing interaction outside the classroom. The COVID-19 pandemic generated the need to articulate this type of learning and mobile devices to educational processes, and the creation of assertive communication strategies to make interaction for academic purposes possible. Students need to become familiar and interact with digital environments in order to be able to take advantage of the possibilities they offer in education
