| dc.description | RESUMEN : Se realizó supervisión en la obra lote 22 Bella Terra en la labor de la interventoría, ubicada en Altos de las Palmas, Envigado. Se hizo un seguimiento en la obra para tener un control técnico, financiero y administrativo para que se cumpla lo acordado en el presupuesto inicial y que los contratistas que estén haciendo las actividades en la obra la ejecuten como lo establecido en los planos estructurales y arquitectónicos. Para realizar estas labores se apoyaría con ayuda de bitácoras diarias para ir llevando el registro de las actividades, y por si hay cambios o retrasos dejarlos escritos; de este modo se tiene un mayor control y ordenamiento para cuando se tengan los cortes de obra. Además, llevar todo el registro de facturas de las remisiones de equipos y materiales para cuando se realizó los pagos y tener un control financiero para ir mostrando al dueño de la obra en los comités de obra que se van realizando periódicamente. También me apoyé de las normas técnicas (NSR10) y en los planos para que todo cumpla con la norma. | |
