| dc.description | RESUMEN : La presente monografía permite examinar los elementos clave para analizar la contaminación atmosférica en el municipio de Rionegro, sustentado en el principio de precaución establecido en el numeral 15 de la Declaración de Rio sobre Medio Ambiente y Desarrollo. En este sentido, se identifica que la industria y la movilidad son dos actividades que emiten material particulado a la atmosfera, el cual, genera múltiples afectaciones a la salud de los seres humanos y otros seres vivos como los líquenes. Se analizan estos factores en el municipio y se plantean dos mapas cartográficos que muestran los lugares con mayores índices de contaminantes en el aire en la zona urbana y una parte de la zona rural de Rionegro. | |
| dc.description | ABSTRACT : This monograph examines the key elements for analyzing atmospheric pollution in the municipality of Rionegro, based on the precautionary principle established in paragraph 15 of the Rio Declaration on Environment and Development. In this sense, it is identified that industry and mobility are two activities that emit particulate matter into the atmosphere, which generates multiple affectations to the health of human beings and other living beings such as lichens. Likewise, these factors are analyzed in the municipality and two cartographic maps are presented showing the places with the highest levels of air pollutants in the urban area and part of the rural area of Rionegro. | |
