| dc.description | ABSTRACT: This work was based on the design of a planning and control tool for the Mayor's Office of
the Municipality of Guarne based on the Integrated Planning and Management System (SIPG)
oriented to the projects of the Community Action Boards, in order to improve the internal
administrative processes for the execution and fulfillment of these commitments. Opportunities
for improvement in matters related to the entity's planning, management and control were
evidenced. Community Action Board is understood as an organized, autonomous and solidary social
expression of the civil society, whose purpose is to promote an integral, sustainable and sustainable
development built from the exercise of participative democracy in the management of the
community's development. The role of this organization at the social level is fundamental for the
progress of the territories. In this sense, the importance of the application of this tool is recognized
to the extent that it allows traceability and the generation of compliance indicators in order to
analyze and take actions for continuous improvement in case they are required. | |
