| dc.description | RESUMEN : La sección de mejoramiento de la Gerencia de Servicios de Negocios Inmobiliarios (GSNF) es la encargada de dar soporte y apoyo al resto de secciones de la gerencia mediante la creación y optimización de herramientas de usuario final (EUC). Surgió la necesidad de implementar una solución que permita gestionar eficazmente el proceso de estructuración de nuevos negocios que ingresen a la fiduciaria Bancolombia desde el área de mejoramiento. Al realizar el proyecto se adoptó la metodología SCRUM, se tomó de base los estilos, tipografía y colores pertenecientes a la fiduciaria, por último, mediante la conexión a la base de datos interna y el uso de una librería de envío de correos interna, se logró consolidar y reportar todos los negocios que entraron a partir de 6 de mayo de 2022. Como conclusión se tiene que, aunque todavía hay mucho margen de mejora, la herramienta cumple perfectamente los objetivos propuestos al inicio de la práctica académica. | |
| dc.description | ABSTRACT : The improvement section of the Real Estate Business Services Management (GSNF) is in charge of providing support to the rest of the management sections through the creation and optimization of end-user tools (EUC). The need arose to implement a solution to efficiently manage the structuring process of new businesses that enter the Bancolombia fiduciary from the improvement area. The SCRUM methodology was adopted for the project, the styles, typography and colors belonging to the fiduciary were used as a basis, and finally, by connecting to the internal database and using an internal mailing library, it was possible to consolidate and report all the businesses that entered as of May 6, 2022. In conclusion, although there is still much room for improvement, the tool perfectly fulfills the objectives proposed at the beginning of the academic internship. | |
