| dc.description | RESUMEN: Este proyecto busca el diseño de una propuesta que automatice los servicios de la Biblioteca Pública Municipal de Duitama Zenón Solano Ricaurte con el fin de mejorar los procesos que allí se desarrollan, para ello se desarrolla una búsqueda y análisis documental con el fin de evaluar los aspectos importantes que se deben tener en cuenta, así mismo se genera el diseño de entrevistas y herramientas de observación para aplicar en la Unidad de Información con el fin de definir necesidades, analizando la situación actual de la biblioteca y generando un diagnóstico que permite definir las condiciones y contrastarlas con los beneficios y desventajas de los posibles software que han sido evaluados mediante una herramienta diseñada para realzar sus características principales y aspectos importantes en un Sistema Integrado de Gestión Bibliotecaria (SIGB), finalmente se propone la implementación de uno de esos SIGB el cual se adhiere a las prioridades de la Unidad de Información. | |
| dc.description | ABSTRACT: This project seeks the design of a proposal to automate the services of the Municipal Public Library of Duitama Zenón Solano Ricaurte with the purpose of improving the processes that are executed there, for it is developed a documentary search and analysis in order to evaluate the important aspects that should be taken into account, also generates the design of interviews and observation tools to apply in the Information Unit in order to define needs, The current situation of the library is analyzed and a diagnosis is generated to define the conditions and contrast them with the benefits and disadvantages of the possible softwares that have been evaluated using a tool designed to enhance its main characteristics and important aspects in an Integrated Library Management System (SIGB). Finally, the implementation of one of these SIGB is proposed, which adheres to the priorities of the Information Unit. | |
