| dc.description | RESUMEN : En la actualidad el sector de transporte comprende uno de los grupos más importantes dentro de la economía a nivel mundial, generando empleo y apoyando las cadenas de suministros en los demás sectores, dentro de este se encuentran múltiples compañías, en su mayoría PYMES con poca cultura financiera, por lo cual, el presente documento busca realizar un diagnóstico financiero integral a la compañía DOMINA ENTREGA TOTAL SAS en los periodos 2018 a 2021, con el fin de identificar, el estado actual de la compañía y sus posibles las falencias, así mismo desarrollar estrategias financieras que promuevan la creación de valor. Para el desarrollo del diagnóstico se llevará a cabo una evaluación integral de los estados financieros históricos de la compañía, mediante un análisis de su estructura, principales indicadores financieros y las condiciones del sector en el que ópera, posteriormente los hallazgos servirán de base para proponer una estrategia financiera que será el punto de partida a la hora de realizar las proyecciones de los periodos 2022 a 2025 teniendo en cuenta el contexto macroeconómico actual y su tendencia. La implementación de este diagnóstico financiero integral le permitirá a DOMINA ENTREGA TOTAL SAS obtener una visión clara de su situación financiera actual y tomar decisiones fundamentadas para mejorar su desempeño y alcanzar sus objetivos financieros a largo plazo. | |

For the development of the diagnosis, a comprehensive evaluation of the historical financial statements of the company will be carried out, through an analysis of its structure, main financial indicators and the conditions of the sector in which it operates, later the findings will serve as a basis for proposing a financial strategy that will be the starting point when it comes to Make projections for the periods 2022 to 2025 taking into account the current macroeconomic context and its trend.
