dc.descriptionRESUMEN: La presente investigación está inscrita en la perspectiva histórico-cultural de la educación matemática. El objeto de estudio es el proceso de organización de la enseñanza por parte de las profesoras de matemáticas de una institución educativa privada, ubicada al sur del área metropolitana en el municipio de La Estrella, Colegio Colombo Francés. El objetivo de la investigación consistió en analizar la organización de la enseñanza de las profesoras de matemáticas con mediación de las Actividades Orientadoras de Enseñanza, como una apuesta teórico-metodológica. Partimos de las reflexiones de las profesoras sobre su propia práctica pedagógica posibilitaron la generación de conocimiento matemático, a partir de la articulación de sus necesidades de enseñanza y las motivaciones de aprendizaje de los estudiantes en un contexto determinado. En cuanto al proceder metodológico, la investigación posee un enfoque cualitativo participante de tipo crítico-dialectico, lo cual implica para los sujetos de la investigación, tanto profesores, como estudiantes, partir de sus necesidades y contextos para generar otras formas de relacionarse con la enseñanza y el aprendizaje. Este enfoque fue escogido para la investigación, ya que puede dar cuenta de las transformaciones de los sujetos, en el caso de las profesoras protagonistas de la movilización de su forma de enseñar las matemáticas a través de las Actividades Orientadoras de Enseñanza.
dc.descriptionABSTRACT: The current research is registered on the historical-cultural perspective of mathematics education, the object of study is the process of organization in teaching by mathematics teachers of a private educational institution located south of the metropolitan area in the municipality of La Estrella, the Colombo Francés School. The objective of the research consisted of analyzing the organization of the teaching of mathematics teachers with the mediation of the Teaching Guidance Activities as a theoretical-methodological approach. Based on the idea that the teachers' reflections on their own pedagogical practice enabled the generation of mathematical knowledge, based on the articulation of the teaching needs of the teachers and the learning motivations of the students in a given context. Regarding the methodological procedure, the research has a qualitative participant approach of a critical-dialectical type, which implies for the research subjects, both teachers and students, starting from their needs and contexts to generate other ways of interacting with teaching and learning. This approach was chosen for the research, since it can account for the transformations of the subjects, in the case of the teachers who are protagonists of the mobilization of their way of teaching mathematics through the Teaching Guidance Activities.
