| dc.description | El propósito de esta investigación es el análisis de la agroindustria de brotes germinados de semillas en la ciudad de Tegucigalpa, la cual fue realizada tomando como base el modelo de las cinco fuerzas competitivas de Porter. Con el objetivo de identificar y conocer cuál es nivel de competitividad entre empresas rivales, barreras de entrada al mercado para nuevos competidores, la amenaza existente de productos sustitutos, poder de negociación de los proveedores y competidores. El enfoque utilizado para el desarrollo de la investigación fue cualitativo, se aplicó la observación, entrevistas y grupo de enfoque. Se determinó el nivel de competencia de los productores en el mercado, las barreras de entrada, los canales de distribución, los productos que actúan como sustitutos y los factores que impulsan o impulsarían la compra y consumo de brotes germinados. La rivalidad entre competidores es baja, las barreras de entrada y amenaza de productos sustitutos, poder de negociación de los proveedores y compradores es alta. | |
| dc.description | The intention of this investigation is the analysis of the agroindustry of outbreaks germinated of seeds in Tegucigalpa's city, which was realized taking as base the model of five competitive forces of Porter. With the aim to identify and know which is a level of competitiveness between companies rivals, barriers of entry to the market for new competitors, the existing threat of products substitutes, bargaining power of the suppliers and competitors. The approach used for the development of the investigation was qualitative, I apply to him the observation, interviews and group of approach. I determine the level of competition of the producers on the market, the barriers of entry, the channels of distribution, the products that act as substitutes and the factors that they stimulate or they would stimulate the purchase and consumption of germinated outbreaks. The rivalry between competitors is low, the barriers of entry and threat of products substitutes, bargaining power of the suppliers and buyers is high. | |
