dc.descriptionEl presente informe tiene como objetivo principal realizar un análisis de la aplicación del teletrabajo en las Pymes en la ciudad de San Pedro Sula, la idea se originó debido a la pandemia del Covid-19 la cual ha provocado que la economía del país se paralizara hasta cierto punto por el cual las empresas se han visto obligadas en buscar una manera de seguir laborando sin la necesidad de presentarse físicamente al trabajo. Por la cual el teletrabajo es la opción más recomendable para poder seguir laborando, cabe mencionar que muchas empresas lo han implementado de manera empírica debido al poco conocimiento que tienen de este tema y no saben a ciencia cierta si esto les traerá o no beneficios. La información con la cual está sustentado el informe, fue recopilada por medio de las fuentes primarias y fuentes secundarias, donde la mayor fuente primaria fueron las entrevistas estructuradas las cuales se les realizó a contadores, financieros, encargados de departamentos de TI y personas con puestos gerenciales ya que ellos conocen más a profundidad sus empresas y las entrevistas semi estructuradas se les realizó a los expertos quienes nos guiaron a un mejor entendimiento sobre el tema. Se analizaron y evaluaron cada respuesta obtenida por parte de nuestros entrevistados para poder llegar a nuestras conclusiones.
dc.descriptionThe main objective of this report is to carry out an analysis of the application of telework in SMEs in the city of San Pedro Sula, the idea originated due to the Covid-19 pandemic which has caused the country's economy to be paralyzed until a certain point for which companies have been forced to find a way to continue working without the need to physically report to work. For which teleworking is the most recommended option to continue working, it should be mentioned that many companies have implemented it empirically due to the little knowledge they have on this subject and they do not know for sure whether or not this will bring them benefits. The information with which the report is supported, was compiled through primary sources and secondary sources, where the largest primary source was structured interviews, which were conducted with accountants, financiers, managers of IT departments and people with positions management since they know their companies more in depth and the semistructured interviews were carried out by experts who guided us to a better understanding on the subject. Each answer obtained by our interviewees was analyzed and evaluated in order to reach our conclusions.
