| dc.description | El presente estudio se fundamenta en la aplicación de los establecido en el Código de Trabajo, Reglamento sobre Trabajo Infantil en Honduras, el Convenio 182 y recomendación sobre las peores formas de trabajo infantil y todo los establecido en la Organización Internacional del Trabajo (OIT), sobre la explotación laboral, siendo estos instrumentos jurídicos que sancionan la actividad de Explotación Infantil, siendo los entes judiciales del estado, los encargados de tomar las acciones pertinentes, de investigación, a fin de erradicar esta problemática. Es aquí del origen de este estudio, que nace con la necesidad, de prevenir de que las empresas utilicen a niñas y niños para realizar trabajos que deben ser realizados por personas en edad de trabajar, así como lo estable nuestra legislación nacional y los convenios de los cuales Honduras es miembro y los ha ratificado | |
| dc.description | This study is based on the application of those established in the Labor Code, Regulations on Child Labor in Honduras, Convention 182 and recommendation on the worst forms of child labor and all those established in the International Labor Organization (ILO), on labor exploitation, being these legal instruments that sanction the activity of Child Exploitation, being the judicial entities of the state, the ones in charge of taking the pertinent actions, of investigation, in order to eradicate this problem. This is the origin of this study, which was born with the need, to prevent companies from using girls and boys to carry out work that must be carried out by people of working age, as well as our national legislation and the agreements of the which Honduras is a member and has ratified them. | |
