| dc.description | El propósito principal de este informe se basó en un análisis descriptivo acerca del Programa Presidencial Educación, Salud y Nutrición, más conocido como Bono 10 Mil, con el objetivo de determinar el efecto económico y social que ha generado durante el periodo 2010-2014 y con ello la efectividad y sostenibilidad de dicho programa, para esto se utilizaron diferentes métodos donde se recopiló información oficial brindada por las instituciones involucradas en el manejo de dicho programa, para posteriormente realizar un análisis comparativo en base a la inversión e indicadores como reducción de la pobreza, déficit fiscal, deuda pública, salud y educación entre otros, adicional a ello se consideraron los puntos de vista de expertos y relacionados con el tema por medio de entrevistas. Entre los resultados más importantes se destacaron que la mala administración que se tiene en el programa afectará la sostenibilidad e imagen del mismo, concluyendo que es necesario realizar una reestructuración operativa y administrativa que garantice el cumplimiento de las corresponsabilidades y efectividad del programa. | |
| dc.description | The main purpose of this report is based on a descriptive analysis of the presidential program Education, Health and Nutrition, known as Bonus 10 thousand, with the objective to determine the social and economical effects generated during the 2010-2014 obtaining with this the sustaibility and effectiveness of the program, for this several methods were used to gathered the information in the institutions involved in the a management of the programs, to make comparative analisys based in the investment and several experts and persons related to the theme were interviewed so that they coul expose their point of view.
