| dc.description | La presente investigación tiene como propósito presentar los resultados del estudio de prefactibilidad para el emprendimiento como proveedor de servicios de Internet mediante tecnología Wimax en la ciudad de San Pedro Sula. Presentado con la finalidad de aprovechar la oportunidad brindada por el mercado. El objetivo del estudio es conocer si es factible poner en marcha dicha empresa. Se hace un análisis macro llegando hasta el entorno local para el rubro de Internet. La hipótesis de investigación indica rentabilidad si genera una TIR mayor al costo de capital. Se implementa una metodología con enfoque mixto, no experimental, descriptivo, transaccional para la investigación. | |

The study was carried out in the customs agency SAM (Servicios Aduaneros Múltiples), which, although it also offers the export service; All of the agency's clients do imports and most are through La Mesa customs. So the focus was on imports and La Mesa customs. Similarly, the opinion of an importer was analyzed to better understand the process. | |
