| dc.description | Esta investigación analiza y describe la gestión administrativa y planificación financiera de las Mipymes en San Pedro Sula, Cortés, Honduras, así como las causas del fracaso de estos negocios en el mercado. En Honduras el 85% de las empresas, están representadas por las Micro, Pequeñas y Medianas empresas (Mipymes) y estas, contribuyen altamente a la economía del país, de igual manera a la economía familiar de los hondureños. Es de interés social y económico, ahondar sobre la problemática que las rodea (Mipymes) debido a su corta permanencia en el mercado. En este sentido esta tesis tiene como propósito, conocer las causas del fracaso de estas empresas en la ciudad de San Pedro Sula, Cortés, Honduras en el cuarto trimestre del 2020. El diseño de la investigación aplicado fue no experimental, transversal, y alcance descriptivo. El instrumento de investigación utilizado fue, el cuestionario aplicado a dos técnicas, uno para la técnica de encuesta y el segundo completamente diferente al primero para un panel de expertos validado por método Delphi, ambos para la recopilación de datos. La hipótesis de investigación, plantea que, más del 50% de las Mipymes que fracasaron tienen como causa la falta de administración básica y planificación financiera. Los resultados obtenidos fueron que un 44% dijeron haber cerrado sus negocios por causas mencionadas en la hipótesis, por lo cual se acepta la hipótesis nula y se rechaza la hipótesis de investigación. | |
| dc.description | This research analyzes and describes the administrative management and financial planning of SME in San Pedro Sula, Cortés, Honduras, as well as the causes of the failure of these businesses in the market. In Honduras, by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) represent 85% of the companies and these contribute highly to the economy of the country, in the same way to the family economy of Honduras. It is of social and economic interest to delve into the problems that surround them (SME) due to their short stay in the market. In this sense, this thesis has the purpose of knowing the causes of the failure of these companies in the city of San Pedro Sula, Cortés, Honduras in the fourth quarter of 2020. The applied research design was non-experimental, transversal, and descriptive in scope. The research instrument used was, the questionnaire applied to two techniques, one for the survey technique and the second completely different from the first for a panel of experts validated by Delphi method, both for data collection. The research hypothesis states that more than 50% of the SME that failed are caused by the lack of basic administration and financial planning. The results obtained were that 44% said they had closed their businesses for reasons mentioned in the hypothesis, for which the null hypothesis is accepted and the research hypothesis is rejected | |
