dc.descriptionLa presente investigación tiene como objeto de estudio los ambientes saludables de trabajo y el teletrabajo como alternativa de modalidad de trabajo para las empresas de la ciudad de Choloma, Cortés. La finalidad de la presente investigación es contactar a empresas que forman parte de la Cámara de Comercio e Industrias de Choloma para conocer cómo han llevado a cabo sus operaciones y cómo han sido afectados sus ambientes de trabajo durante la crisis del Covid 19. Para la realización de la investigación se aplicaron dos instrumentos de investigación para contactar a las personas encargadas de las empresas pertenecientes a la Cámara de Comercio e Industrias de Choloma y que formaban parte de la muestra de estudio para conocer su situación actual respecto al ambiente laboral y las modalidades de trabajo que han empleado durante el tiempo de crisis que inició con el confinamiento desde el mes de marzo del presente año a causa de la pandemia Covid 19
dc.descriptionThe present research aims to study healthy work environments and telework as an alternative work modality for companies in the city of Choloma, Cortés. The purpose of this research is to contact companies that are part of the Choloma Chamber of Commerce and Industries to find out how they have carried out their operations and how their work environments have been affected during the Covid 19 crisis. To carry out the research, two research instruments were applied to contact the people in charge of the companies belonging to the Chamber of Commerce and Industries of Choloma and who were part of the study sample to know their current situation regarding the work environment and the work modalities that have been used during the time of crisis that began with the confinement since March of this year due to the Covid 19 pandemic
