| dc.description | La informalidad, desorganización y desconocimiento de una metodología para la dirección de proyectos en las MIPYMES son algunas de las razones del fracaso de las mismas. Pues no se cuenta con métricas, guías, estándares y mejores prácticas que permitan realizar gestión sobre los proyectos. Este estudio se orienta a un Plan para el establecimiento de una oficina de proyectos para MIPYMES en Honduras. La investigación tiene un enfoque mixto, estudiando dos variables: el plan para el establecimiento de una PMO y mejorar la gestión de proyectos. Esta investigación es de suma importancia para las MIPYMES de la ciudad de Tegucigalpa, ya que al conocer de un plan para establecer una PMO para la dirección de sus proyectos bajo metodología PMI, se suministrará una herramienta que aporte una opción en la solución de las necesidades de las MIPYMES en la gestión de proyectos. | |
