| dc.description | Esta investigación tiene como objetivo analizar el cumplimiento y respeto de los derechos humanos del privado de libertad dentro del Sistema Penitenciario de Honduras, centrándose en la Penitenciaría Nacional de Támara, la Granja Penal de Comayagua y el Centro Penal de La Tolva y también investigar si hay existencia de programas de rehabilitación dentro de los centros penitenciarios para cumplir con el propósito de estos que es la reinserción a la sociedad del recluso. Capítulo 1: Describe el planteamiento del problema y la justificación de esta investigación. Se utilizó un método de investigación cualitativo, en donde se recogió información relevante para interpretar la problemática existente en el tema de investigación. Como instrumento de investigación se realizó una encuesta de 16 preguntas con una muestra de 50 personas abarcando el tema de interés para poder recabar información sobre el conocimiento de la población en materia penitenciaria. | |
| dc.description | The objective of this investigation is to analyze compliance with and respect for the human rights of the deprived of liberty within the Honduran Penitentiary System, focusing on the National Penitentiary of Támara, the Comayagua Penal Farm and the La Tolva Penal Center and also to investigate if there is existence of rehabilitation programs within prisons to fulfill their purpose, which is the inmate's reintegration into society. Chapter 1: Describes the problem statement and the justification for this research. A qualitative research method was used, where relevant information was collected to interpret the existing problems in the research topic. As a research instrument, a survey of 16 questions was carried out with a sample of 50 people covering the topic of interest in order to collect information on the knowledge of the population in prison matters. | |
