dc.descriptionLa finalidad del presente estudio fue determinar la factibilidad de crear una fábrica de producción de calzado industrial y al mismo tiempo proporcionar las bases necesarias para seleccionar el mejor escenario de inversión para producir las cantidades de calzado requeridas y así poder satisfacer la demanda insatisfecha. El enfoque desarrollado fue mixto con un alcance descriptivo, se diseñó la investigación iniciando con su planteamiento, seguido de la elaboración del marco teórico, luego se desarrollaron las metodologías utilizadas y posteriormente se detallaron los resultados y el análisis de los mismos, finalizando con las conclusiones y recomendaciones. Debido a las características de la investigación se determinó utilizar una muestra no probabilística, utilizando una encuesta como instrumento de recolección de datos, la información obtenida fue analizada determinando que sí existe viabilidad de mercado. Durante el proceso de la investigación se analizaron los aspectos legales que tienen un impacto en la implementación y en el día a día de la fábrica, también se estableció un estudio técnico en donde se reflejaron los procesos y aspectos técnicos sobre la fabricación de calzado, para el estudio financiero se seleccionaron como métodos de evaluación el valor presente neto y la tasa interna de retorno cuyos parámetros financieros permitieron concluir que el proyecto es viable financieramente, siendo así que se recomendó implementar la fábrica de calzado industrial.
dc.descriptionThe purpose of the present study was to determine the feasibility of creating a footwear industrial production factory and provide at the same time the necessary basis to select the best investment scenario to produce the required footwear quantities to satisfy the demand. The developed approach was mixed with a descriptive scope, the research was designed starting with its approach, followed by the elaboration of the theoretical framework, then the methodologies used were developed and later the results were detailed and the analysis of the same, ending with the conclusions and recommendations. Due to the characteristics of the research it was determined to use a non-probabilistic sample, using a survey as an instrument of data collection, the information obtained was analyzed determining that there is market viability. During the investigation process, the legal aspects that have an impact on the implementation and the day-to-day of the factory were analyzed, a technical study was also established in which the processes and technical aspects regarding the manufacture of footwear were the financial study was selected as evaluation methods the net present value and the internal rate of return whose financial parameters allowed to conclude that the project is financially viable, so it was recommended to implement the factory of footwear industry.
