| dc.description | El propósito de la investigación se basó en el interés de conocer el crecimiento de la utilidad neta del segundo semestre del 2020 en la empresa Predictive Monitoring Systems (PMS), sobre todo la relación entre la utilidad neta y los costos variables de la operación. En esta investigación nos enfocamos en los costos por servicios de terceros, analizando a profundidad de los costos de maquinado en sus diferentes matices, desde soldadura, hasta los procesos de torneado y fresado, con motivo de conocer la influencia de estos costos y la oportunidad de mejora de la utilidad. La empresa P.M.S, es una de las empresas forman parte del grupo PROTEICO cuya orientación es hacia los servicios de las diferentes áreas de la ingeniería, mecánica y eléctrica, para empresas de manufactura de mediano y pequeño tamaño. Sin embargo, el objetivo del mercado sobre el que trabaja la empresa es los servicios de mantenimiento en sus tres divisiones principales: preventivo, correctivo y predictivo, siendo este último la especialización de la compañía. Debido al incremento de los ingresos por ventas en el 2020, la empresa identificó que esto no se observó en el incremento de la utilidad neta al anual, identificando una oportunidad en los costos por servicios de terceros, con un incremento del 41% respecto al 2019, de estos servicios el 80% corresponden a pago a talleres de maquinado. Se seleccionó la metodología de estudio de prefactibilidad de mercado, financiera y técnica, para la integrar la cadena de operaciones de la empresa P.M.S a través de la implementación de establecer un taller de maquinado que pueda satisfacer la demanda. | |
| dc.description | The purpose of the research was based on the interest of knowing the growth of the net profit of the second half of 2020 in the company Predictive Monitoring Systems (PMS), especially the relationship between the net profit and the variable costs of the operation. In this research we focus on the costs for third-party services, analyzing in depth the costs of machining in its different nuances, from welding, to the processes of turning and milling, in order to know the influence of these costs and the opportunity to improved utility. The company P.M.S, is one of the companies that are part of the PROTEICO group whose orientation is towards the services of the different areas of engineering, mechanical and electrical, for small and medium-sized manufacturing companies. However, the objective of the market on which the company works is maintenance services in its three main divisions: preventive, corrective and predictive, the latter being the specialization of the company. Due to the increase in sales revenue in 2020, the company identified that this increase does not apply to the increase in net income at the end of the year, identifying an opportunity in the costs of third-party services, with an increase of 41% With respect to 2019, 80% of these services correspond to payment to machining workshops. The market, financial and technical pre-feasibility study methodology was selected to integrate the chain of operations of the company P.M.S through the implementation of establishing a machining shop that can satisfy the demand. | |
