| dc.description | La presente tesis está orientada a fortalecer el programa de capacitación de recursos humanos en el Ministerio Público. En donde se identificaron debilidades en los temas de interés de las capacitaciones para el personal de la institución y el presupuestó para las mismas. La investigación se realizó utilizando el enfoque mixto con procedencia cualitativo descriptivo. La población meta con la que se trabajo fue el personal de la Fiscalía Especial para la Transparencia y Combate a la Corrupción Publica, con sede en la ciudad de Tegucigalpa, los que hacen un total de 74 personas, no se aplicó al Sub jefe y la Fiscal Especial, además se hizo la revisión documental relacionada a la institución. El estudio tuvo como objetivo realizar, reforzar el programa de capacitación de la fiscalía especial para la transparencia y combate a la corrupción pública para hacerlo más amplio y eficiente. En la investigación utilizamos cuestionarios, entrevistas y encuestas. | |
| dc.description | The present thesis is aimed at strengthening the training program of human resources in the Public Ministry. Where weaknesses were identified in the topics of interest of the training for the staff of the institution and the budget for them. The research was carried out using the mixed approach with descriptive qualitative origin. The target population was the staff of the Special Prosecutor for Transparency and Combating Public Corruption, based in the city of Tegucigalpa, which made a total of 74 people, did not apply to the Sub-chief and the Special Prosecutor, in addition the documentary review related to the institution was made. The objective of the study was to reinforce the training program of the special prosecutor's office for transparency and the fight against public corruption in order to make it more comprehensive and efficient.
