| dc.description | El presente estudio tiene como finalidad determinar la viabilidad de la implementación del servicio de Cremación para la Funeraria Sueño Eterno, ubicada en la colonia Satélite en la ciudad de San Pedro Sula. La investigación de desarrollo mediante la obtención de los resultados de los estudios, Técnico, Financiero y de Mercado, de esta forma lograr la comprobación de la hipótesis formulada. En el estudio de Mercado se logró identificar la demanda del servicio a ofrecer por la Funeraria Sueño Eterno. El estudio de mercado tiene un enfoque mixto, mediante la recolección de encuestas dantos cuantitativos y cualitativos de la población clase media- alta residentes de la ciudad de San Pedro Sula. El estudio técnico se realizó para identificar todos los requerimientos necesarios para lograr la ejecución de este proyecto. El estudio financiero determino la vialidad financiera del proyecto el cual, obtuvo un ROI (Retorno de la inversión) de 14%, mayor que el porcentaje mínimo para que una inversión será atractiva la cual es de 5%. Se recomendó a la funeraria Sueño Eterno la implementación del servicio de cremación ya que se comprobó la viabilidad de proyecto. | |
| dc.description | The purpose of this study is to determine the viability of the implementation of the cremation service for the Funeraria Sueño Eterno, located in the Satellite neighborhood in the city of San Pedro Sula. Development research by obtaining the results of the studies, Technical, Financial and Market, in this way to achieve the verification of the formulated hypothesis. In the market study, it was possible to identify the demand for the service to be offered by Funeraria Sueño Eterno. The market study has a mixed approach, by collecting quantitative and qualitative data surveys of the upper-middle class population residing in the city of San Pedro Sula. The technical study was carried out to identify all the necessary requirements to achieve the execution of this project. The financial study determined the financial viability of the project, which obtained an ROI (Return on investment) of 14%, higher than the minimum percentage for an investment to be attractive, which is 5%. The implementation of the cremation service was recommended to the Sueño Eterno funeral home as the feasibility of the project was verified. | |
