| dc.description | En el presente trabajo se detallan las diferentes actividades que se realizaron durante la prácticaprofesional. En estas actividades se logró poner en práctica los diferentes conceptos obtenidos durante el curso de la carrera. Estas actividades incluyen la participación en los mantenimientos y en la operación de las máquinas.Durante el proceso de producción de refrescos hay diferentes variables que se tienen que tomar en cuenta, ya que es un producto alimentico y hay que cuidar hasta de los másmínimos detalles para poder entregar un producto con los másaltos estándares de calidad, y así teniendo también un alto nivel de rendimiento de la materia prima y una eficiencia cerca del sueño que se tiene como planta que forma parte de la familia AB-InBev.||In the present work the different activities that were carried out during the professional practice are detailed. In these activities it was possible to put into practice the different concepts obtained during the course of the degree. These activities include participation in the maintenance and operation of the machines. During the soft drink production process there are different variables that must be taken into account, since it is a food product and even the smallest details must be taken care of in order to to be able to deliver a product with the highest quality standards, and thus also having a high level of performance of the raw material and an efficiency close to the dream that is had as a plant that is part of the AB-InBev family. | |
