| dc.description | El informe de rentabilización que se presenta se realizó en la Compañía Avícola de Centro América S.A. de C.V. (CADECA), en la planta de producción de Sosoa, municipio de Santa Cruz de Yojoa con la finalidad de conocer el actual proceso de deshuesado de muslos y piernas, mediante el cual se permitirá analizar las oportunidades de mejora y rentabilización, disminuyendo costos e incumplimientos de producción e incrementando la capacidad de producción y las ventas, satisfaciendo sustancialmente las necesidades de los clientes, el estudio reveló la necesidad de invertir en una máquina de deshuese que automatizará el proceso ampliando la producción actual en un 44%, Cantidad que de acuerdo a las estadísticas satisfacen la demanda, finalmente el análisis financiero determinó la optimización de la rentabilidad ya que los diferentes escenarios que se plantearon dan como resultado indicadores positivos que permitirán obtener el valor esperado por los ejecutivos y accionistas de la empresa. | |
| dc.description | The following profitability report took place in The Poultry Company of Central America S. A. of C. V. CADECA (for its acronym in Spanish), in the production plant Sosoa, in the state of Santa Cruz de Yojoa with the purpose of knowing the actual process of boning chickens’ thighs and legs, this procedure will enable analyzing opportunities for improving the profitability through the decrease of costs and the non-compliance of the product, and increasing the production capacity and the sales. In this way, we will meet the expectations of our customers, the study revealed the need of invests in a boning machine that will help to automate the process and enlarge the actual production in a 44%, amount that according to the statistics satisfies the demand, finally the financial report determine the optimization of profitability because of the different scenarios that were established, and as a result gave positive indicators that will allow to the Company obtain the results expected for everybody, executives and shareholders. | |
