| dc.description | La presente investigación tiene como objetivo principal describir la problemática de Tiendas Lia para seguidamente proporcionar un sistema de control de inventario como mejora a dicha problemática. Se realizó una serie de entrevistas con el objetivo de recolectar información respecto a los procesos actuales de compra, ingreso de producto a la tienda y de venta, los cuales dieron a conocer que Tiendas Lia no cuenta con una administración de su inventario, por lo tanto, el no tener un control provoca que la empresa incurra en un costo de pérdida por venta de las que no se lleva un registro. Para tener un control eficiente de su inventario se realizaron tres cotizaciones de softwares para control de inventario, CloudBiz, ContaPyme y A2 Punto de Venta. Se sugirió el A2 Punto de Venta porque de los tres softwares es el que ofrece mejores herramientas para el control de inventario. Además, se incurre en un solo pago para adquirirlo e incluye 5 horas de asesoría. Durante 15 días se llevó un registro de las ventas perdidas al no contar el inventario para satisfacer la demanda. Se determinó que la cantidad de Tiendas Lia está perdiendo de ganar es de L. 126,352.56 anualmente. En el presente informe se presentan los procesos internos mejorados, la implementación de las 5s, el análisis ABC y el análisis del costo-beneficio. | |
| dc.description | The main objective of this research is to provide a proposal to improve an inventory control system as a solution to its problems. Currently, Tiendas Lia keeps track of its inventory in Excel. A series of interviews were carried out with the aim of collecting information regarding the current processes of purchase, product entry into the store and sale of which it was announced that Tiendas Lia does not have a structured order in the entries and exits of its inventory, therefore, not having a control causes the company to incur a cost of loss per sale of which no record is kept. In order to have an efficient control of its inventory, three quotations of software for inventory control were made, CloudBiz, ContaPyme and A2 Point of Sale. A2 Point of Sale was suggested because of the three software’s it is the one that offers the best tools for inventory control. In addition, a single payment is incurred to acquire it and includes 4 hours of consulting. For 15 days a record was kept of sales lost by not counting inventory to meet demand. It was determined that the amount of Lia Stores is losing to winning is L. 126,352.56 annually. This report presents the improved internal processes, the implementation of the 5s and the cost-benefit analysis. | |
