| dc.description | La presente investigación fue realizada para crear una propuesta de mejora en el clima laboral en el centro de salud integral ZOE. Se llevó a cabo un profundo análisis acerca del problema principal, se lograron cumplir tanto el objetivo general como los objetivos específicos y se realizó una recopilación de información interna por medio de encuestas y un grupo focal para encontrar conclusiones y brindar recomendaciones. La motivación y el clima laboral fueron las dos metodologías estudiadas durante el estudio. Se realizó un estudio cuantitativo y cualitativo para lograr sustentar la investigación utilizando el cuestionario MDQ (cuestionario de impulsos motivacionales) y una guía de preguntas abiertas como herramientas de investigación. Una vez las variables fueron determinadas y se obtuvieron las conclusiones se recomendó una propuesta de mejora que se adate a las necesidades de la compañía para lograr resolver el problema principal. | |
| dc.description | The current investigation was made out to create an improvement proposal in the integral health center ZOE. A deep analysis was carried out about the main problem, general and specific objectives were accomplish, and a research of internal information via surveys and a focus group was done to find out conclusions and recommendations. Motivation and working environment were the two methodologies discussed throughout the study. A quantitative and a qualitative approach was done in order to sustain the investigation using the MDQ (motivational drives questionnaire) questionnaire and an open questions list as investigation tools. Once the variables were determined and the conclusions were obtained, an improvement proposal that adapts to the company needs was recommended in order to resolve the main problem. | |
