dc.descriptionEl presente trabajo de Investigación es una contribución para la empresa CONTELMED S.A. de C.V., quien en la actualidad necesita una buena planificación estratégica para afrontar los riesgos y cambiantes retos del entorno que en los últimos dos años han venido a afectar considerablemente sus operaciones y rentabilidad. El estudio se desarrolla en cinco etapas, comenzando con la definición del problema de estudio y los objetivos, siendo el objetivo general crear estrategias orientadas a desarrollar y fortalecer la gestión administrativa y financiera. En la segunda etapa del estudio se presenta la literatura relacionada con el tema de interés. En el tercer capítulo se define el método el cual es inductivo, con un enfoque cualitativo En la cuarta y Quinta etapa se desarrolla el aporte principal a la empresa, el análisis y desarrollo de las variables de estudio, formulación de estrategias y un estudio de factibilidad que describe un proyecto de alianza estratégica entre HONDUTEL y CONTELMED siendo esta la mejor opción que puede aportar mayor rentabilidad a la empresa. Se concluye que el proyecto es factible y viable, y la alianza es la mejor estrategia sugerida para la empresa.

The study proceeds in five stages, starting with problem definition and objectives of study, the overall objective being to create strategies to develop and strengthen the administrative and financial management. In the second stage of the study presents the literature relate to the topic of interest. In the third chapter defines the method which is inductive, with a qualitative approach in the fourth and fifth stage develops the main contribution to the company, analysis and development of the study variables, strategy and a feasibility study that describes a proposed strategic alliance between HONDUTEL-CONTELMED and being the best option that can bring greater profitability to the company. It is concluded that the project is feasible and viable, and the alliance is the best strategy suggested for the company.
