| dc.description | Durante la práctica realizada en la parte administrativa en la empresa DURACRETO S.A. DE C.V. se realizaron múltiples actividades de apoyo en el área de producción poder llevar un mejor control de toda la parte administrativa que normalmente dejaron por fuera y al momento de querer obtener un dato se dificultaba o se tomaba mucho tiempo, principalmente se vieron las partes de consumos de materiales, liquidaciones, utilidades, generación de planillas 14nal y 15nal, horas extras, seguimiento al personal de dosificación. También se brindó ayuda en trabajos de menor importancia, como el cierre de caja chica, verificación de viáticos y alimentación de personal. El trabajo más fuerte o de mayor dificultad fue el cálculo de horas extras del personal ya que es un tema delicado y de mucha importancia que ocupa mucha precisión y concentración al momento _x000D_
de su elaboración, lo cual se me brindo la confianza de poder realizarlo._x000D_
