dc.descriptionBRASSAVOLA LANGUAGE & ARTS AND INSTITUTE es un Centro Educativo con el objetivo de poder brindar a niños, niñas y jóvenes de Puerto Cortés una educación de calidad, que les permita a sus estudiantes tener un desarrollo integral como seres humanos y ciudadanos, basándose en los principios de igualdad y hermandad, practicando y teniendo en cuenta siempre los valores del respeto y la solidaridad. La Dirección de Relaciones Públicas, Idiomas Extranjeros y Responsabilidad Social Empresarial (CORPIERS) es parte de la estructura que encabeza la Dirección General de BRASSAVOLA LANGUAGE & ARTS AND INSTITUTE por lo que primeramente se recibió una inducción por parte del Director General y la Administradora General, posteriormente se recibieron instrucciones con la lista de las funciones a nivel de institución, encargándose de velar por los asuntos de Relaciones Públicas (e institucionales), la formulación de planes de estudios y directrices de los Idiomas Extranjeros y la ejecución de la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial. Durante el tiempo de práctica profesional se identificaron áreas de oportunidad generales y especificas relativas a la institución en cuanto al puesto de Director de Relaciones Públicas y Coordinador de Departamento de Idiomas Extranjeros y Responsabilidad Social Empresarial, por lo que se plantearon dos propuestas de mejora, una a implementar y otra que fue implementada para la mejora de los procesos de la CORPIERS.

During the time of professional practice, general and specific areas of opportunity related to the institution were identified in terms of the position of Director of Public Relations and Coordinator of the Department of Foreign Languages ​​and Corporate Social Responsibility, for which two improvement proposals were proposed, one to be implemented and another that was implemented to improve CORPIERS processes.
