dc.descriptionEl análisis de resultados relevantes para el estudio de la transición a la norma ISO 9001:2015 para Droguería MEDILAB fue que el Sistema de Gestión de Calidad (SGC) se encontraba en un 82% de su cumplimiento, con el desarrollo de la implantación de la transición la conclusión es que el SGC de Droguería MEDILAB se encuentra listo para enfrentar una auditoria de transición y renovar su certificado con la nueva versión 2015 de la norma ISO 9001, de igual manera se recomienda planificar la revisión de las matrices de influencia para garantizar su efectividad; el propósito del trabajo es detectar las necesidades del SGC de droguería MEDILAB para la transición a la norma ISO 9001:2015, en síntesis el proceso metodológico empleado fue diagnosticar las necesidades del SGC por medio de la herramienta GAP Análisis el cual se elaboró en conjunto con los distintos procesos del SGC de Droguería MEDILAB, el cual fue la base para ejecutar la transición de la norma culminando con una auditoria interna y análisis de los hallazgos para fortalecer el SGC.
