| dc.description | El propósito del proyecto es analizar la viabilidad de establecer una guardería para los empleados de Banco Atlántida a través de un estudio de pre-factibilidad, con el objetivo de solucionar la necesidad de los empleados de contar con un lugar seguro donde se les brinde a sus hijos el cuidado y enseñanza, mientras ellos cumplen con el desempeño de sus labores diarias, dando un valor agregado a los beneficios de los empleados. A través de una encuesta aplicada a 246 empleados de la oficina principal y agencias cercanas, se obtuvo un resultado total de 53 niños que estarían al cuidado de la guardería utilizar el servicio y que están dispuestos a pagar entre Lps. 2,000 y Lps. 3,000.00. En base a esto se realizó el estudio financiero, en el que se considera que Banco Atlántida financiará el 80% del costo de la mensualidad y que financiará el valor de la matrícula hasta un plazo máximo de 12 meses, mostrando una TIR de 19% y VPN de Lps. 348,229.85 en el caso base, resultados que lo hacen un proyecto atractivo y que además de brindar beneficios a los empleados, generará rendimientos considerables al inversionista. | |
| dc.description | The purpose of the project is to analyze the feasibility of establishing a nursery for the employees of Banco Atlántida through a pre-feasibility study, with the objective of solving the need for employees to have a safe place where they give their children the care and education, while they meet with the performance of their daily tasks, giving an added value to the employee benefits. Through a survey of 246 employees of the main office and agencies close, with a result of 53 people willing to use the service and are prepared to pay between Lps. 2.000 and Lps.3,000.00. On the basis of these results a financial study was conducted, in which it is considered that Banco Atlántida will finance 80% of the cost of the monthly payment, and that will be financed by the value of tuition up to a maximum term of 12 months, showing an IRR of 19% and VPN Lps. 348,229.85 in the base case, results that make it an attractive proposal and in addition to providing benefits to employees will generate substantial returns to the investor. | |
