| dc.description | El presente proyecto fue desarrollado en la empresa Grupo Vesta, esta empresa se
encuentra ubicada a nivel nacional manteniendo sus oficinas principales en Tegucigalpa
y San Pedro Sula, con sucursales en todas las aduanas del país, dedicada al rubro aduanero
y transportes, siendo un proveedor líder logístico en el área centroamericana con 24 años
ofreciendo servicios aduaneros, transporte y demás servicios del rubro con empleados y
procesos capacitados para responder ante todo tipo de casos requeridos por los cliente.
El objetivo de este proyecto es la innovación de una plataforma logística la cual
utilizan los oficiales de aduana y los gestores logísticos para comunicar los estatus de las
diferentes aduanas en el país, cabe mencionar que esta plataforma tiene como pendiente
un segmento descriptivo en el cual indique como se encuentra la unidad en aduana, ya
que el cliente de Grupo Vesta consulta constantemente sobre el estatus de las unidades
haciendo retrabajos en los gestores logísticos. Entre las técnicas que se aplicarán en
cuanto a la optimización de los procesos a través de la innovación e implementación del
proyecto se utilizarán herramientas y procesos como Diagrama de Ishikawa, Diagrama
de Pareto, Costo-Beneficio. Utilizando estas técnicas a través de un análisis con
información en tiempo real brindada por el personal de la empresa Grupo Vesta se
entiende que la empresa necesita mejoras para optimizar los procesos y hacer más
eficiente sus procesos, reduciendo tiempos, entre otros.
Una vez obtenidos los resultados se realizó una comparación entre el antes y
después con el apoyo del análisis Costo-Beneficio para mostrar cuales son los resultados
obtenidos y cuál es el beneficio que obtendrá la empresa con la innovación e
implementación del nuevo segmento en la plataforma Logística.||This project was developed in the company Grupo Vesta, this company is located

being a leading supplier logistics in the Central American area with 24 years offering

The objective of this project is the innovation of a logistics platform which customs
officers and logistics managers use to communicate the status of the different customs in
the country, it is worth mentioning that this platform has a descriptive segment pending
in which it indicates how the unit is in customs, since the Grupo Vesta client constantly
consults on the status of the units by reworking the logistics managers. Among the
techniques that will be applied in terms of the optimization of the processes through the
innovation and implementation of the project, tools and processes such as Ishikawa
Diagram, Pareto Diagram, Cost-Benefit will be used. Using these techniques through an
analysis with real-time information provided by the personnel of the Grupo Vesta
company, it is understood that the company needs improvements to optimize processes
and make its processes more efficient, reducing times, among others.
Once the results were obtained, a comparison was made between the before and
after with the support of the Cost-Benefit analysis to show what are the results obtained
and what is the benefit that the company seems with the innovation and implementation
of the new segment in the Logistics platform . | |
