| dc.description | Esta investigación tiene como propósito sustentar el desarrollo de un plan maestro para la
infraestructura de los establecimientos de la red integrada de los servicios de salud del
departamento de Yoro.
Durante el proceso de investigación se abordaron los diferentes problemas que el servicio de salud
nacional atraviesa en la actualidad, desde las personas que dirigen el sistema, hasta los ciudadanos
que reciben los servicios. Dentro de los problemas más graves que se presentan es la falta de
infraestructura, no solo en el departamento de Yoro, sino en toda Honduras. Esto provoca un
colapso en la atención en los diferentes niveles, desde atención primaria hasta los hospitales
generales con los que cuenta la Secretaría de Salud de Honduras y el Instituto Hondureño de
Seguridad Social. | |
| dc.description | The purpose of this research is to support the development of a master plan for the
infrastructure of the establishments of the integrated network of health services of the
Yoro department.
During the research process, the different problems that the health service
currently going through, from the people who run the system, to the citizens
who receive the services. Among the most serious problems that arise is the lack of
infrastructure, not only in the department of Yoro, but throughout Honduras. This causes a
collapse in care at different levels, from primary care to hospitals
that the Ministry of Health of Honduras and the Honduran Institute of Health have.
