| dc.description | Cuando se habla de sostenibilidad es hablar de la característica principal que es el desarrollo que asegura cubrir las necesidades del presente sin comprometer las necesidades futuras. Cuando se habla de turismo e inversión es hacer crecer una región por medio de nueva inversión con la posibilidad de que una región crezca a partir de la explotación de las actividades turísticas, de manera muy responsable; pero también la sostenibilidad contempla que el crecimiento se logre sin la intervención exterior, siendo responsables con la sociedad, con el ambiente, el país. Considerando que el rubro de hoteles y restaurantes es uno de los que más generación de empleo provee a la ciudad en conjunto con el comercio emplea al 25.9% de la población económicamente activa (PEA), y este rubro a su vez no ha mostrado un estancamiento producto de los factores sociales de la comunidad, donde la ciudad se ubica como la tercera más peligrosa del país. Siendo este un factor que frena la sostenibilidad y ahuyenta la inversión que a su vez es generado de fuentes de empleo. | |
| dc.description | When talking about sustainability is talking about the main characteristic is the development that ensures meet the needs of the present without compromising future needs. When talking about tourism and investment is to grow a region by means of new investment with the possibility that a region grows from the exploitation of tourism activities, in a very responsible way; but also the sustainability contemplates that the growth is achieved without the external intervention, being responsible with the society, with the environment, the country.
