| dc.description | El objetivo principal del presente estudio se enfoca en analizar el fenómeno de la trata de personas desde la perspectiva de los derechos humanos, así como los esfuerzos por parte de algunos países de la región, ya que la trata de personas es el tercer negocio ilícito que más dinero produce en el mundo, después del narcotráfico y venta ilegal de armas. La metodología empleada es la cualitativa ya que se examina el tema propuesto por medio de recolección de datos para afinar las preguntas de investigación, planteadas desde un escenario de orden jurídico y social. El trabajo presente se distribuye de la siguiente manera: Capítulo 1: Se realiza el planteamiento del problema, en donde se puntualiza el por qué se eligió el tema presentado, junto con los objetivos, preguntas de investigación y metodología a usar. Capítulo 2: Se desarrolla el marco teórico compuesto por un análisis de antecedentes jurídicos y sociales, los conceptos clave necesarios para comprender mejor el tema, organismos encargados de combatir la trata de personas y políticas públicas. | |
| dc.description | The main objective of this study is focused on analyzing the phenomenon of human trafficking from a human rights perspective, as well as the efforts made by some countries in the region, since human trafficking is the third most profitable illicit business in the world, after drug trafficking and illegal arms sales. The methodology used is qualitative, since the proposed topic is examined by means of data collection to refine the research questions, posed from a legal and social scenario. The present work is distributed as follows: Chapter 1: The problem statement is made, where the reason for choosing the topic presented is specified, together with the objectives, research questions and methodology to be used. Chapter 2: The theoretical framework is developed, consisting of an analysis of the legal and social background, the key concepts necessary to better understand the topic, the organizations in charge of combating human trafficking and public policies. | |
