| dc.description | El presente informe describe un panorama general de la empresa donde se realizó la práctica profesional, la cual fue Cargill, S. de R. L; se presentarán los objetivos planteados como la descripción y explicación de las actividades realizadas en el Departamento de Tesorería Regional de Cargill, brindando apoyo a todas sus áreas. Se concluirá el presente informe con una propuesta de mejora hacia la empresa y se expondrá el impacto cualitativo que ocasionará el poner en funcionamiento dicha propuesta. Cargill es una empresa privada fundada en el año 1865, dedicada a la producción y venta de alimentos, productos y servicios agrícolas, financieros e industriales y es conformada por 155,000 asociados en más de 70 países. Cargill inicia operaciones en Honduras en 1975 cuando diversificó su negocio de alimentos para animales, al negocio de producción de pollo vivo, procesamiento y comercialización. Cargill ha continuado expandiendo su negocio a través de varias adquisiciones en la región.
