| dc.description | En la empresa Imerca S. de R.L. ubicada en Tegucigalpa y dedicada a la distribución en el canal de pulperías, ha invertido en la adquisición de un nuevo software tecnológico que le ayude a controlar las transacciones y mejorar los procesos de toma de decisiones, sin embargo, el sistema informático que han adquirido hecho a la medida ha presentado un proceso de implementación largo y ha generado en los usuarios y gerentes inconformidad y desconfianza. Por lo que haciendo uso de los conocimientos de optimización de proyectos y oportunidades de mejora en base a la observación y mejora continua lleva a rechazar la hipótesis nula, ya que existe la oportunidad de mejorar este proceso y pasar a la etapa de mantenimiento del software, por lo que se recomienda a la Empresa Imerca S. de R.L. realizar la aplicación de los nuevos procesos mejorados de rutinas y procesos de adaptación y back up y control de problemas desde el punto de vista logístico y estructural. | |
