| dc.description | El propósito de esta investigación se centró en hacer un análisis sobre la implementación de programas de Formación Continua para brindar un beneficio económico a la UNAH que le permita incrementar sus recursos y que le aporte sostenibilidad económica. El planteamiento de esta investigación surge a raíz de algunas situaciones económicas por las que está cruzando el país y que afecta a todas las instituciones. La UNAH tiene la necesidad de incrementar los ingresos para poder hacer frente a sus obligaciones financieras. Para realizar la investigación se utilizó un enfoque mixto, aplicando encuestas para el estudio cuantitativo y entrevistas focalizadas como parte del estudio cualitativo, analizando la parte financiera de la implementación a través del valor presente neto y de la tasa interna de retorno, se tiene que con una tasa de descuento del 14% el VPN es de L.432,703.96 y la TIR de 25.83%, lo que significa que el proyecto debe llevarse a cabo ya que existe una rentabilidad aceptable, se logra maximizar la inversión, obteniendo con ello incrementar los ingresos propios de la UNAH | |
| dc.description | The purpose of this investigation was centered in analyzing the employment of Continuing Education programs providing an economic benefit to the UNAH allowing the increment of its resources and economic sustainability. The approach to this investigation is attributed to some economic issues in which the country is currently involved and that affects all organizations. The UNAH has the necessity of increasing its income in order to meet its financial responsibilities. For developing the current investigation, a mix approach was used, applying surveys for the quantitative study and focalized interviews for the qualitative study, analyzing the financial ground of its implementation through the net present value(NPV) and the internal rate of return(IRR), having that with a discount rate of 14 % the NPV gives L.432,703.96 and the IRR is 25.83% , meaning that the project should be implemented for there is an acceptable profitability and Investment is maximized, allowing the increment of the UNAH´S incomes. | |
