| dc.description | El propósito de la ejecución del proyecto fue ofrecer una solución habitacional mediante la utilización de contenedores marítimos, para la clase media entre 25-34 años del Distrito Central de Honduras. Dicha vivienda parte de la reutilización y remodelación de contenedores marítimos con el fin de reducir costos y tiempos de obra, y a su vez su carácter modular permite el crecimiento progresivo, su movilidad, y durabilidad ante condiciones extremas. El proceso metodológico se conformó por un estudio mixto donde se realizaron encuestas a personas entre 24-35 años del Distrito Central, con el fin identificar diferentes factores de relevancia que podrían tener consecuencias positivas o negativas para realizar la vivienda mediante contenedores marítimos propuesta. Complementado con la ejecución de entrevistas a instituciones financieras con el fin de identificar si los posibles compradores podrían acceder a un préstamo hipotecario para financiar la construcción de la vivienda. El estudio de investigación realizado refleja que la solución habitacional mediante contenedores marítimos, tiene un porcentaje de aceptación favorable y que la variable que posee mayor implicancia al momento de comprar una vivienda es la ubicación. | dc.description | The purpose of the implementation of the project was to provide a housing solution using sea containers, for the middle class between 25-34 years old of the Central District of Honduras. Such housing part of reuse and refurbishment sea containers in order to reduce labor costs and time spend during construction. Its modular nature allows progressive growth, mobility, and durability under extreme conditions. The methodology was formed by a joint study where surveys were conducted between 24-35 years people of the Central District, to identify different important factors that could have a positive or negative impact in the realization of the proposed housing solution. Complemented with the execution of interviews to financial institutions in order to identify whether potential buyers could access a mortgage loan to finance the construction of housing. The research study shows that the housing solution by sea containers, has a favorable acceptance rate and the variable that has greater implications when buying a home is the location. Therefore it is recommended to conduct research in banking institutions and real estate agencies to identify the sites of mayor interest in the Central District. | |
