| dc.description | La práctica profesional se realizó en la empresa “UTEXA” (United Textiles of America) habiendo aplicado todos los conocimientos adquiridos durante la carrera de Ingeniería Mecatrónica. Esta empresa tiene como fin la producción y exportación de hilo sintético para la fabricación de prendas deportivas para las marcas de Nike y Adidas, UTEXA se especializa en la producción de filamento que es un material que se caracteriza por ser más resistentes a las hechas por el algodón; en las labores que fueron determinadas por dicha empresa se estuvo realizando el desempeño como supervisor en el área de mantenimiento específicamente en el área de mantenimiento DTY que es una de las dos áreas en las cuales se divide la empresa. En la empresa, el área en el cual se realizó el desarrollo tiene que ver con el mantenimiento e instalación de las nuevas líneas de producción habiéndose realizado así mantenimientos preventivos y mantenimientos correctivos al surgir algún tipo de inconveniente en la línea o al superar la maquina las 1,000 horas de trabajo en el cual se realizó limpieza y mantenimiento de texturizadores, motores y calentadores que son la vida de la línea igualmente el practicante se desempeñó en la instalación de las ultimas 3 líneas de producción las cuales toman aproximadamente un tiempo de instalación de 22 días, siendo así la línea G6,G7 y G8 las ultimas 3 líneas en instalarse. | |
| dc.description | The professional practice was carried out in the company UTEXA (United Textiles of America) having applied all the knowledge acquired during the career of Mechatronics Engineering. This company's purpose is the production and export of synthetic yarn for the manufacture of sportswear for Nike and Adidas brands, UTEXA specializes in the production of filament which is a material that is characterized by being more resistant to those made by cotton; in the work that were determined by the company was performing the performance as a supervisor in the maintenance area specifically in the area of maintenance DTY which is one of the two areas in which the company is divided. In the company, the area in which the development was carried out has to do with the maintenance and installation of the new production lines having been carried out preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance when some kind of inconvenience arises in the line or when the machine exceeds 1,000 working hours, 000 hours of work in which cleaning and maintenance of texturizers, motors and heaters that are the life of the line was performed likewise the practitioner performed in the installation of the last 3 production lines which take approximately an installation time of 22 days, being thus the line G6,G7 and G8 the last 3 lines to be installed. | |
